For those of you thinking of not voting this presidential election please reconsider your stance. Marketing author Seth Godin published a fantastic post about why not voting only makes campaigns worse, pandering to the lowest denominator. Think about this, the two presidential candidates spent over $1 billion US on advertising in only ten states to appeal to about 1 million voters! That is ridiculous in so many ways, least of which is that the money could of been spent in more constructive ways.
